Erica was great to work with! She went above and beyond, especially in getting our current home to market and staging it for sale! She hired professional cleaners, consulted with a home designer, spent the day prior to market staging our whole house with her personal equipment (no additional staging costs on our part) and explained every step of the process to us. Our house sold the first day to market. She was great in helping us get into the home we bought as well and always seemed to be looking out for our best interest.
